Fecal egg counts (FEC) are becoming an important part of your horse’s wellness program.

FEC’s are used to:

- check for drug resistance/effectiveness

- determine who the low and high parasite egg shedders are on the farm

- establish a deworming schedule, with your veterinarian, based on actual need
